Menopause Group Work activities to enhance mental health include: learning coping strategies for anxiety/ depression/low self-esteem, CBT, Hormonal Hypnotherapy, Art Therapy, EFT.

Activities may vary according to the needs of the group. 


Access to facilities include stunning swimming pool, lawned tennis courts, sauna, loungers.
