I am so glad I took the plunge and joined these lovely ladies in Portugal.
The therapists were so knowledgeable and professional. I gained so much from the group sessions and the one to ones. There were so many strategies to help cope. They definitely did not have a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
The venue was beautiful with everything needed to feel relaxed and comfortable. Every detail had been thought of.
